DAMAGED GOODS POLICY


At leperesapin.com we take great care to make sure your order arrives safely. When you receive your order, please check the contents right away. In the rare event that you receive a product from us and find it to be defective, damaged or we shipped to you in error, we will gladly replace the product and ship it back to you at our expense. You must contact us within 3 days of reception at contact@leperesapin.com. Please give us the details and include your invoice number.
 
 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY


At leperesapin.com we want you to be fully satisfied with all of your purchases. With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we will do our best to satisfy you. If for any reasons you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 4 days of the date that you received your order. To return or exchange your purchase, you must first get our authorization. Please send an email to contact@leperesapin.com with the subject titled “Return or exchange request” and specify the reasons for the return or exchange. Return instructions will be provided.
All authorized returns must be returned prepaid and include the invoice number. The products must be in its original condition, including the original packaging. 
 
 

REFUND POLICY


leperesapin.com appreciates your business and would like to extend our gratitude for purchasing our products. For any questions related to your refund, please send us an email at contact@leperesapin.com. Your refund will be processed in approximately 3 to 5 business days from receipt of your return. Once leperesapin.com, receives and process your return, you will received an e-mail which confirms your refund. Refunds will be refunded back to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. It may take one or two billing cycles before your refund shows up on your credit card statement. Reimbursment trough Paypal are instant. Postage and handling charges are non-refundable. At our discretion, we may reimburse shipping charges related to the return of damage products or products shipped in error.

leperesapin.com strives to offer the best service possible to our customers. If there is a product you want and we do not have it in stock, no problem, just ask us for a quote and we will do our best to stock our shelves with the product and offer it to you at a reasonable and competitive price.
